Congratulations to Haoyuan (Vera) Zhong on successfully defensing her MS thesis.  Her research is entitled “EFFECT OF LIPID SOURCE ON THE PHYSICAL AND SENSORY QUALITY OF BAKED PRODUCTS”.  Great job!  

PhD Dissertation Seminar
