If you are a regular consumer taster, you problably met Megan at the door of the sensory booths. Thanks Megan!

Curtis Maughan (2009): Curtis is our busy Sensory Coordinator and a MS student in the Department. He is the one that prepares all those good samples that you guys enjoy when you participate in out sensory tests...

Curtis Maughan (2008-present): Curtis is our busy Sensory Coordinator and a MS student in the Department. He is the one that prepares all those good samples that you guys enjoy when you participate in out sensory tests... Thanks Curtis for all those ice-cream coupons!

Richard Potter (2009): Richard is our "sonic boy". His job is to blast whey solutions with high intensity ultrasound. Cool eh? thanks you Richard for those "exciting sounds" in the lab...
