Curtis Maughan – volunteer for AACT

CurtisMaughanCurtis Maughan an M.Sc. candidate in the Dept. of Nutrition & Food Science at Utah State University is volunteering to help maintain the AACT Rocky Mountain Section website  along with Megan Tippetts, a Ph.D. candidate in the same department.

Curtis is responsible for general site maintenance and will serve as a back-up for editing and posting articles, and moderating comments.

Curtis Maughan has a B.Sc. in Food Science from Brigham Young University. In addition to his research work under Dr.  Silvana Martini, he is very busy at Utah State University as the Sensory Coordinator for Martini’s sensory sciences service laboratory www.martiniresearch.com/solutions/solutions-for-industry.

In addition to his busy schedule between panel training and tastings, Curtis is always interested in software, computers, and technology-related issues. Curtis has kindly agreed to share his knowledge and love for technology by helping us with the AACTRM.org website.
