Fourteen research posterss were presented by Utah’s university students creating a significant challenge for the five judges. All judges commented on the difficulty of their task given the high quality of each and every poster. Congratulations go to all students who particpated. Thanks to all conferess that stopped by and talked with our students.
A large group of Utah State Nutrition and Food Science undergraduates and grad students represented USU at the Expo.
