Utah Food & Candy Expo … More than sweet !

UtahFood and Candy Expo, a joint session held by the Institute of Food Technologists, Bonneville Section AND the American Association of Candy Technologists, Rocky Mountain Section was held yesterday in Sandy, Utah. Vendors throughout the country attended including at least one vendor headquartered in Montreal. The vendors ensure events like this can happen so it was a pleasure to see a packed exhibit hall.

Fourteen research posterss were presented by Utah’s university students creating a significant challenge for the five judges. All judges commented on the difficulty of their task given the high quality of each and every poster. Congratulations go to all students who particpated. Thanks to all conferess that stopped by and talked with our students.

I was there!!! It was great!!!! I had a lot of fun!!!!! Who won the third prize? Can you post a picture of that poster too?
